Cindy Vickers is Founder & Director of Loosen the Leash, an organization that uses the loving bond between people and dogs as a powerful conduit for positive change. Engaging disadvantaged and at-risk youth and adults in the training and care of homeless dogs empower them to take control of their future. As they teach dogs to become better citizens, they teach themselves to be better citizens.
